Felix began his career leading the IT department of The Park Avenue Bank from 1999-2004. In 2003, he founded Tristatevets.com, a directory for Veterinarians; by the end of that year, the site had 2,000+ paying members. Since then, he has founded and served as CEO for Yellow Pages LTD, a provider of local online traffic to Yellow and White Pages publishers that was sold in June 2007 to IREIT, and Web Image, a website design application service provider with over 2,500 monthly paying subscribers that was sold to APLUS in July 2007. Currently Felix Rodriguez serves as the Chairman of Thirsty Labs a holding company he started in 2008 to create and operate proven technology companies. |

Charles is API's financier. He currently serves as The Park Avenue Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer, who brings more than thirty years of banking experience to his position. He is responsible for significantly expanding the bank's asset base and branch network throughout the New York marketplace. He is a very well-known and respected turnaround specialist, investor and consultant in the banking community. Charles has worked extensively on mortgage banking, loan structuring, investment banking and restoring troubled financial institutions to profitability. |
